A scoreboard that knows
a touchdown is six.
The clock operator, a coach or a parent runs it from a phone. A play’s points and its scoring line are saved together — if the line can’t be saved, the points come back off — so the score and the list agree.
Scored by the play
Touchdown +6, field goal +3, safety +2, kick try +1, two-point try +2 — one tap each, one line in the scoring list. “Undo last play” takes back exactly that play and its points.
Who scored, in a tap
After each play the scoreboard asks who scored, from the team’s roster. Skip it and name them later from Details — the score is right either way.
Four quarters on a countdown clock
12-minute quarters by default, set per division for youth games. Halftime after the 2nd, auto-stop at 0:00, overtime when it’s tied, and Final that tells families the result.
One person keeps the official score
Whoever holds the official clock owns the score, so two phones on the sideline never count the same touchdown twice.
A live game page for the stands
Quarter, clock, score and every scoring play on a public page families open from a link — no app, no login, nothing to install.
Standings with ties
Win–loss–tie records ranked by winning percentage, a tie counting as half a win, with points for, points against and differential.
